Studio Rules & Conditions

  1. Crew Size: Please mention the number of people attending. Recommended crew size: under 10 people for smooth operations.
  2. Cleanliness: The studio and makeup room must be left clean and organized after use. Any required cleaning post-shoot will incur cleaning charges.
  3. Food & Beverages: A table and chairs will be set up. Only water and beverages are allowed around the shoot area.
  4. Backdrop Usage: Avoid wearing shoes or spilling water on backdrops. Any damaged backdrop will be chargeable at the cost of ₹500 for 7 ft of floor wastage.
  5. Breakage or Damage: Any damage to props, furniture, lights, or fixtures must be paid by the client.
  6. Overtime Policy: Extension beyond booked hours: ₹1,500 per hour. 30 minutes of extra time = 1 hour charge.
  7. Shoot Type Disclosure: Please inform us of what you’re shooting (e.g. fashion, eCommerce, product, etc.) so we can provide setup advice accordingly.
  8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
  9. Conduct: Smoking, alcohol, or restricted substances are strictly prohibited. Moderate music is allowed. Please maintain decorum and respect the studio property.
