1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment:
– A 50% advance is required for booking confirmation.
– Balance due to be cleared within 10 days of final delivery.

3. Cancellation:
• If a confirmed booking is cancelled 4 days prior to the scheduled session, a flat cancellation charge of ₹3000 will be deducted.

• If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 days before the scheduled session, cancellation charges shall be 25% of the studio package booked.

• If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the advance paid is not refundable.

4. Duration:
– Includes setup and breakdown.
– Overtime charges may apply for makeup, styling or set creation and packing.

5. Equipment/Facilities:
– As specified, extra needs may incur charges.

6. Damages:
– Client is charged & responsible for any damages to the equipment and furnitures.

7. Rescheduling:
– Subject to availability, 3 days notice
– Charge incurred for rescheduling less than 48 hours.
Rescheduling Charges: 15% of the studio package booked.
